Coach Frank brings a hand on, “Just shut up and train” philosophy towards the application of the art of Muay Thai. “A dream doesn’t become a reality through magic. It takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” -Colin Powell

He also believes that a martial artist should always have an open-mind and willingness to learn across all disciplines. This progressive, non-dogmatic viewpoint allows the ability to adapt to a student’s individual needs, as well as the capacity to keep up with the constantly evolving nature of martial arts. Coach Frank’s teaching of Muay Thai then allows the optimal application of the art across a broad spectrum, whether that is fitness, self-defense, or competition.
