Striker Fight Center wants to meet your needs when it comes to training. If your goal is to compete as an amateur or pro level or you just want to train with the best, we have something for everyone.  One promise is that you will be polishing your technique while burning calories! Our Instruction from Head Coach Yusef, Assistant Coach Junior, and Assistant Coach Elijah are next to none. With their personal experience in the ring and years sharpening the skills of professional fighters:

Boxing sessions cover basic footwork, upper body movement, and blocking. We cater to the full range of student from beginner to pro fighter. Our boxing classes are a high aerobic activity that helps to condition the body and develop one’s timing, and power when striking.  Our boxing allow students too spar with partners to enhance their ability to ‘read’ an attack and effectively avoid strikes.
