We have a short term (3 month) contract which allows members the freedom to train with us and then move on if they see fit after the 3 months has been honored. After all, we understand life happens or sometimes you just want to see what else is out there. No worries. We have two options if needed while a member at Striker Fight Center:
TO FREEZE:
As a courtesy, and to avoid paying an initiation fee again (if applicable), we require a full 30 days notice to Freeze for a charge of $10 per month per account.
TO CANCEL:
We require a full 30 days notice to cancel for each member. If you cancel on the 18th and your payment is due on the 25th of the same month, that is not a full 30 days notice. You will be charged if we are not notified in writing 30 days prior to your next payment due date.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS LATE?
A fee of $2.50 per day will be added to the payment originally owed.
WHAT IF I AM INJURED, SICK OR NEED TO GO OUT OF TOWN UNEXPECTEDLY?
If you are injured, traveling or Sick, the 30 days Freeze and Cancellation policy is still upheld.
